Fairly strong winds about 50 kmph can be expected over the island (particularly in the western slope of the central hills, Northern, North-central, Uva and Eastern provinces and in the Matale and Hambantota districts).
Mainly fair weather will prevail over most provinces of the island.
However, light showers may occur at a few places in the Western and Sabaragamuwa provinces.
