While participating in foundation laying ceremony for 20 houses for people in Hatton Aposily Aanai Estate under “Pasum Pon Housing Scheme” yesterday (20), the Minister of Upcountry new villages development , Palani Digambaram said, that he is the first political leader in the upcountry took steps to issue land deeds with provision for housing. Each one of the 1800 persons will receive a deed for 7 perch of land with housing facilities.
