Susanthika Heeded to Mahinda’s Advice and Changed Her Mind

Olympic Medallist Susanthika Jayasinghe speaking to a Sinhala Media said, that she has given up the idea of selling her Olympic medal. Mahinda Rajapakshe has advised her not to get disturbed, be patient   and make use of the available opportunity to contribute for sports. Hence, she has taken this decision.

Further she said, that the Minister Sajith Premadasa and President Secretary has invited her and discussed this matter. Other than this, no request has been made bt the Government, she concluded.
