High Court Judges To be Increased to 87

In order to reduce the period taken to inquire Court cases, the Cabinet has approved to amend the Court Development Law and increase the number of the High Court Judges from 75 to 87 . Legal Draftsman Department officers have taken steps to prepare amendments to the act.

Followed by this, it will be published in the gazette and submitted to the Parliament for approval.
