To Vote for or Against 20th Amendment to the Constitution?

Today (8) the government has issued a gazette notification on 20th amendment  to the constitution and postponed election of  three provincial councils.
Representing Joint Opposition, member of parliament Keheliya  Rambukwela said, that the Joint opposition will vote against the 20th amendment to the constitution. He said, the government is rushing this 20th amendment to postpone election of three provincial councils , which terms are ending shortly. Various other hidden agenda is there in the bill. When President assumed duties, he promised 19th and 20th amendment to the constitution. They failed to get 19th amendment as they wanted. Now they are trying to get 20th amendment passed in parliament.
CAFFE Director Keerthi Tennakone said, that the 20th amendment is a tactics adapted to divert the attention of the public from the disclosure  made before the  central bank bond scam commission. Further, he said the minor parties should carefully consider the pros and cons of this 2oth amendment, because what was given in 13th amendment will be swallowed in the 20th amendment. Hence, he invited members of parliament representing minority need to vote against it.
Meanwhile, TNA is meeting today to decide on 20th amendment to the constitution.
