Shiranthi & Yoshitha to be Before CID Today 

National rugby player Wasim Thajudeen was found dead in the early hours on the 17th of May in 2012,  and it was claimed that his vehicle met with an accident down Park Road, Narahenpita resulting in his death. However , the Criminal Investigations Department said Thajudeen was tortured and murdered prompting further investigations.
The CID alleged that vehicle attached to an organization led by  Shiranthi Rajapaksa was used an identified in connection with the murder.
Although , former first lady Shiranthi Rajapaksa and her second son Yoshitha Rajapkasa have been summoned before the Criminal Investigations Department to record a statement earlier on several previous occasions , they have failed to appear quoting various excuses.
Finally  they  were asked to appear  before the CID today (14).
