Maximum Fixed Retail Price For Rice Removed

The Cabinet has yesterday discussed  the issues in connection with the import of rice . Due to fixed price for rice imposed by the state number of rice importers  have withdrawn from importing rice. After taking all relevant facts in to consideration, the cabinet has decided to temporarily remove maximum fixed retail price for rice. After assessing the results  in few months time a firm decision will be taken by the Government Later.
