Fairly strong windscan be expected at times over the country (particularly in North-western,North-central, Eastern and Uva provinces and Nuwara-Eliya and Hambanthota districts) and surrounding sea areas.

Showers will occur at times in the Sabaragamuwa and Central provinces and in the Galle and Matara districts.

Several spells of showers will occur in the Western and North-western provinces and in theJaffnadistrict.

Fairly heavy falls (about 50mm) can be expected at some places in the Sabaragamuwa and Central provinces and in the Galle and Matara districts.
