Completion of Matara-Beliatta Railway Track by Middle of Next Year

The Matara – Beliatta, 26 km long railway construction is the first phase of the Matara-Kataragama railway line.

Fisheries Minister and State Minister of Mahaweli Development Mahinda Amaraweera during an inspection visit made at the construction site of the Matara – Beliatta railway track said, that the work on this track will be completed by the middle of next year.
