Demonstration Demanding Arrest of Vijayakala by National Women Lawyers’ Front

National Women Lawyers’ Front   has organized a protest demonstration demanding the arrest of Vijayakala and to accelerate the Court proceedings of Vidya’s murder. This demonstration was staged this morning in front of the Colombo UN office . Demonstrators shouted slogans such as ‘’Is this the Good Governance’’, ‘’ Arrest Vijayakala’’, ‘’Arrest the culprits who attempted on the life of Ilancheliyan’’ .

 At the end of the demonstration  they submitted a petition to the UN officials.
