Supreme Court Issued Notice on Nissanka

The Supreme Court has issued a notice on Avant Garde Maritime Services (Pvt) Ltd. Chairman cum  retired major Nissanka Senadhipathi to appear before the Supreme Court in connection with receiving Rs355 lakhs bribes and relevant transactions.
