Delay in DNA Report Caused Delay in Harishnavi Murder Case Hearing
Harshavi Gangadaran, the 13 year old girl child from Ukkulankulam in Vavuniya had been raped and murdered in her home on the 16th February 2016.
When the case was taken up yesterday there was delay in obtaining DNA report from the Attorney General Department . Hence, 4 months time period was granted. As a result the case was fixed for calling on 29th January 2018, the mother of the girl said.
