Summons Issued to Arjuna Mahendran to Appear Before Commission

 The Presidential Commission of Inquiry (PCoI) investigating the Treasury Bond has issued  summons  requesting  former Central Bank Governor Arjuna Mahendran to appear before the Commission on September 19.
