Former Deputy Minister Victor Anthony Arrested & Released on Bail

Former Deputy Minister Victor Anthony was  arrested by police  in connection with a cheating incident,  He was  produced before the Chilaw Magistrate Court .

He has been granted bail by the Court, the Police spokesman said.
