NP Governor Met DIGs in the North

The Governor of  the Northern Province Reginald Cooray has called Deputy Inspector General’s attached to Jaffna, Vavuniya, Killinochchi and Mullaitheivu  for a meeting today.

 At the meeting held today, they discussed security of the North , duties of police, implementation of rules regarding motor traffic laws and services rendered by the Civil sections  of the police. Further they discussed about establishing permanent police stations in place of temporarily established  police station now operating in the North.
