Colombo HC Issued  Notice on  Avant Garde Famed Senadhipathi & Palitha Fernando

A  case was filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption against former Chairman of the Maritime Security Services Limited Nissanka Senadhipathi and Major General Palitha Fernando for soliciting a bribe of Rs  35.5 million.

When the case was called up today, both of them were present in the Court.

Colombo High Court judge Sampath Wijeratne has ordered  this morning both of them to appear before the Colombo High Court on the 3rd of October.
