The Coconut Cultivation Board has taken steps to sell coconuts collected from State Plantation at Rs 65 in 40 locations including, Galle Road, Kesbewa, Highlevel Road, Katunayake main road, Rajagiriya and Gothatuwa today(2), said the Chairman of CCB, Kapila Yakandawela .
The programme has been launched in Colombo. Further he said, that mobile coconut selling vehicles will be engaged in towns today and it will be made available in all Sathosa branches from 4th October at controlled price of Rs 65.
