Mortgaging Passport for Casino Gambling Earned her Remand Prison

A Chinese woman named Jiyu Sisingh has mortgaged her passport for Rs 2 lakhs to obtain money for   Casino gambling and lost all her money. She was unable to identify the man to whom she mortgaged her passport. In the   absence of any documents. She was arrested and produced before the Colombo magistrate, who ordered to remand her until 2nd October 2017.
