A youth from Mahahunupitiya , Negombo has stolen valuable puppies from residences of Madambai Chilaw and sold them to a person in Negombo for mere Rs 6,000 has been arrested by the police..
When he was produced before the Negombo MagistrateRuchiura Weliwatta, he was ordered to be remanded until 19th.
