Slapping a Youth During Demonstration ASP Daluwatte Summoned by Human Rights Commission

Human Rights Commissioner PC Saliya Peiris has required the former ASP of Tangalle, Thushara Daluwatte to appear before Human Rights Commission today (19) in connection with the  ongoing investigations regarding protest demonstration organized by  Joint Opposition  in Hambantota.
