Weather Forecast For 2nd November 2017

The low level atmospheric disturbance still persists over Sri Lanka, thereforecloudy skies and showery condition are expected.

Showers or thundershowers will occur over most parts of the island.

Heavy falls (above100 mm) within 24hrs can be expected at some places, particularlyin Northern, North-centraland Uva provinces.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
