Probe on Engaging School Students For Demonstrations.

The Minister of Education Akila Viraj Kariyawasam said, that he has received complaints from parents of students and civil organizations alleging school students are being engaged in demonstrations without the consent or approval of their teachers or relevant authorities.

Hence, he has ordered education authorities to carry out a probe on this matter and submit a report.
