Fairly strong gusty winds can be expected over the island particularly in Sabaragamuwa and Southernprovinces.

Mainly fair weather will prevail over most provinces of the island.

However, Showers or thundershowers may occur at Northern, Eastern and Uvaprovinces.

Misty conditions can be expected at some places in the Western, Sabaragamuwa and Central provinces during the morning.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
