CID Reported 7 Telephone Calls and SMS Between PTL CEO and Fmr Governor of CB Arjuna Mahendran?

CID reported to have found 7 telephone calls and 7 SMS between Perpetual Treasuries Limited (PTL) Chief Executive Officer   Kasun Palisena and former Central Bank Governor Arjun Mahendran.  Some of the dates on which telephone conversation done and SMS sent were related to the controversial bond issue period.
