PRECIFAC Final Reports Ready

The official term of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to investigate and inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC) expired on September 3 and the President extended the time period to prepare reports pertaining to investigations till end of November on the request of the Commission. The Commission has concluded investigations on 17 complaints, and the final report of the Commission has also been prepared and had requested a date from President Maithripala Sirisena to handover the reports.
