Another AAVA  Group  Member Arrested      

Police have arrested another member of the “AAVA” group charged with attacking civilians in the Jaffna, Kopai and Manipay areas with sharp weapons. Police also seized a sword and iron in the possession of the suspect.

The suspect is a 17 year old resident of the Kokkuvil area.

He will be produced before the Jaffna Magistrate’s Court today(29).
