No Bail to Former Navy Spokesman
Former Navy Media Spokesman Commodore D.K.P. Dassanayake and 6 others were arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) on July 12 in connection with the case involving the abduction and enforced disappearance of 11 Tamil youths in 2008.
When the case was taken up for inquiry today , they have been further remanded until 22nd December by Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court today (13).
