Will The Removal Of Colombo Port City Foundation Stone Affects Relationship Between Srilanka And China?

Member of Parliament Indika Anuruda of the Joint Opposition yesterday said, that the removal and disposal of the foundation stone laid for Colombo Port Project by Mahinda and Chinese President may badly affect the good relationship between Srilanka and China. This foundation stone was removed and disposed in the sea due to mortal fear to Mahinda Rajapakshe, he said. In the event of China comes to know this and review its relationship with Srilanka, it is the people and not the government going to suffer, he added.
