Green Chicken Served on Poya Day in Dambulla?

In a restaurant located within the Dambulla Economic Centre, green chicken curry was served to its’ customers yesterday (1), which happened to be a Poya day. When enquired from the owner, he said that he uses food sweeteners green and red to make vegetables and meat sweet and attractive respectively. By mistake, green sweetener that should have been used for vegetables had been used to prepare chicken. However, he didn’t give any explanation for serving chicken on Poya day.
