Discussion to Conduct a Free & Fair Election at Elections Commission Today

A special discussion with all political parties and independent candidates contesting the upcoming local government election   is scheduled to get underway at the Elections Commission today.

The discussion will centre on complaints received so far by the Commission in connection with the LG election.

The Elections Commission further said, it will also consider additional steps to curb election violence during the discussion, with the view   to ensure the conduct of a free and fair election.
