Colombo High Court Rejected Keheliya’s Petition

Former Minister Keheliya Rambukwella has petitioned the High Court against approval granted by the Magistrate to amend the charges framed against him by the Bribery Commission stating that it is unlawful.

After examining relevant case documents and petition, Colombo High Court Judge Gihan Kulathunga rejected the petition stating  the Magistrate order is lawful.
