Bail Granted to Former Minister Sarana Gunawardena

Former deputy minister of petroleum industries and former chairman of Development Lotteries Board (DLB) Sarana Gunawardena was charged for misusing vehicles during his tenure as chairman of the DLB and causing loss of Rs 80 lakhs to the state.

When the case was taken up today, he was present in the court. The Colombo Magistrate granted bail to him today (2).
