Avant Garde Case Fixed to 14th of Feb

The Colombo High Court has ordered the case filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption against the Chairman of Avant Garde Security Services Nissanka Senadhipathi and Former Major General Palitha Fernando under charges of soliciting a bribe amounting to 35.5 million rupees to be heard on the 14th of February.

The order was issued by Colombo High Court Judge R Gurusinghe.
