Kabir Hashim to Resign?

UNP  sources said, that the General of the UNP Minister Kabir Hashim reported to have resigned from the post of Secretary. He said to have sent his resignation letter to the party leader Ranil Wickremasinghe. However, he said to have placed a condition. His resignation will be valid. only if others in party positions resign, then only his  resignation will be effective. Party senior leaders expressed their wish to appoint speaker Karu Jeyasuriya to the leadership position.
