Power of SLPP Reduced the Territory of Eelam : MR

Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa today said the results of the Local Government election has showed that the  territory of Eelam has  been reduced.

During a news conference held yesterday, Mahinda  Rajapaksa pointed towards a map of Sri Lanka which depicted the election results of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) and said, the party has spread every nook and corner. Further he said, the power of the SLPP has reduced the territory of Eelam.“The colour of Kurakan (maroon) has spread across the country.  This is the power of the SLPP,” he said.
