Several Roads in Colombo to be Closed  Today

Several roads in Colombo would be remain closed today from 5 am to 12 noon to make way for the Ironman triathlon race, which would be commenced from the Galle Face Green.

Accordingly, the vehicle movement along the Chaithya Road, Galle Road towards Kollupitiya Junction from the Galle Face Green, Kollupitya Station Road and the Marine Drive from Kollupitiya towards Wellawatta would be restricted from 5 am to 12 noon on Sunday.

Motorists are advised to use alternative routes.
