Train Services on the Upcountry Railway Line Disrupted

Night mail train from Colombo Fort to Badulla had derailed between Demodara and Ella railway stations yesterday. As a result the train services on the upcountry railway line have been disrupted, Railway Control Room said.

Steps are currently being taken to restore services on the upcountry line to normalcy.
