India Vs Australia 1st Women’s T20I: India Set Target of 153 for Australia to Chase

It looked like India would be setting a bigger target than 153 when Smriti Mandhana was going after the bowlers with Mithali Raj at the other end. But Ashleigh Gardner and Ellyse Perry took both their wickets before taking out a big chunk of the Indian middle order.
Anuja Patil launched a counter and that has helped India finish in the 150s. India’s middle order woes continue and they will be hoping that the presence of the experienced Jhulan Goswami will help them restrict what is a very strong Australian batting line up.
Australia won the toss, elect to bowl first

Meg Lanning has decided to chase in this match. Sophie Molineux is making her T20I debut for the Australians. Harmanpreet Kaur confirms that Jhulan Goswami is back, although that hardly needed any confirmation. The match is scheduled to start at 10 AM.
