JO Wants to Move NCM Against Opp. Leader Sampanthan

When parliament convenes on the 8th of May, the Joint Opposition (JO) is preparing to move no confidence motion against Leader of Opposition Sampanthan.

According to JO Parliamentarian Ranjith Zoysa that the current Opposition Leader has always acted in favour of the government. He cited the Opposition leader’s decision to vote in favour of the PM during the NCM as the most recent example of this. Zoysa claims that the Opposition Leader does not fulfil his responsibilities and duties properly.
