Horana Rubber Factory Ammonia Tank Incident : Owner Surrenders

The owner of Horana rubber factory appeared with his lawyer and surrendered this morning (27) before the Horana Magistrate Court.

Police was in search of him in connection with the death of 5 people last week due to an accident at the factory premises.
