Work to Rule Campaign by Ceylon Electricity Board Engineers Union

The Ceylon Electricity Board Engineers Union has decided to launch a work to rule campaign from this afternoon (8) aimed at achieving  several demands.

Hence, possibility of electricity breakdowns exists, said union officials.
