Water Supply to Several Areas to be Affected Due to Adverse Weather

Water supply to several areas could be affected owing to the prevalent adverse weather conditions in the country, Minister of City Planning and Water Supply Rauff Hakeem claimed.

He said that flooding of several water purification plants will have an impact on water supply.

Further he said the Ministry has decided to shut down certain plants and noted that the power supply has also been restricted to some areas.

However the Ministry is functioning to provide an uninterrupted service for consumers.
