Southern Province Still Remains Infested With Viral Fever

As of now, 13 children have died due to the viral fever. Doctors say that currently, 48 patients suspected of having contracted the Influenza virus are receiving treatment at Tangalle and Hambantota hospitals. Out of them ,38 patients  are receiving treatment at the Hambantota hospital and it was reported that 26 of them are children.

Hospital authorities said that steps have  being taken to provide optimum treatment to the patients.
