Kerosene Protest by Fisher Folk in Kalutara

With the recent increase in price of kerosene, fishermen were badly affected. Some of them have withdrawn from going for fishing and staging protests.

Fishermen demands that kerosene oil is sold to them at the old price Rs. 44 to them.

In this series, a group of fishermen staged a protest in Maggona, Kalutara this morning (Jun 11).
