“No room for underworld activities”: PM Ranil

 

Prime Minister (PM) Ranil Wickremesinghe says that no room would be left for underworld activities within the country.

He stated this during a public rally held in Wariyapola yesterday.

Meanwhile, addressing a pubic rally held in Galen0bindunuwewa, former president Mahinda Rajapaksa said a strong program would be implemented for the welfare of government workers.

Addressing another JVP meeting held in Tangalle yesterday, party leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake said a new era should be built where development is based on manufacture instead of the current system of doing it with taxpayers’ money.
