“We will Introduce a new education Act” – PM Ranil

 

Prime Minister (PM) Ranil Wikramasinga states that a new education act will be introduced in order to uplift the education sector of the country.

Mr. Ranil Wickramasinghe made this comment addressing a public meeting in Matale.

Ex-president Mahinda Rajapaksha says that the decision the government has taken to increase the tax of hybrid motor vehicles, are affecting the spice market.

He made this comment after participating in a rally held in Ehaliyagoda.

Meanwhile, a propaganda rally was held by the JVP last evening, in Nugegoda.

Speaking at the rally, JVP leader Anura Kumara Dissanayaka says that they will take steps to establish a National Securities Charter.
