Speaker approves Mahinda Rajapaksa as the Opposition Leader

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – Speaker informs parliament that he accepts former President and United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) Parlimentarian Mahinda Rajapaksa as the new Opposition Leader.

The Speaker’s decision was announced by Deputy Speaker Ananda Kumarasiri when Parliament met today (08).
