(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – Kalinga Indatissa, President’s Counsel was elected as the 25th President of Bar Association of Sri Lanka (BASL) while Attorney-at-Law Kaushalya Nawaratne was elected as its Secretary on Wednesday (20).
Indatissa replaced former BASL President U. R. De Silva.
The electing of a new President and Secretary for the year 2019/2020 of the BASL held at 83 voting centres around the island yesterday.
