(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – The Supreme Court issued an order this morning (25) preventing the trial against the former Secretary to Ministry of Defence Gotabhaya Rajapaksa at the Permanent High Court Trial-at-Bar.
The Supreme Court issued the order preventing the case against Rajapaksa over the D. A. Rajapaksa Museum from being taken up at the Permanent High Court Trial-at-Bar till 01 October.
The Supreme Court will take up the appeal again on 01 October.
