(FASTNEWS | COLOMBO) – Navy in coordination with Police Narcotics Bureau-Jaffna apprehended a person with 6.6kg of Kerala Cannabis, during a raid carried out at Maradankeni area in Jaffna yesterday (02).
Northern Naval Command in coordination with Police Narcotics Bureau -Jaffna had observed a suspicious person who was travelling on a motor bike. Accordingly, by searching the suspect this amount of KG was recovered and he was apprehended.
The suspect is a resident of Thalayadi area in Jaffna. He along with amount of KG and motor bike was handed over to Palei Police for onward action.
